The Gist Of It

Here are some pictures of houses that I fell in love with when I walked through them. These houses were model houses that Arive Homes and Edge Homes featured a few years back. Sorry for the lame screen shots!

I love the openness lightness and casualness(?) in both of these homes.

Our plan for building at the moment is:
-2000ish sq ft rambler
- 3 bedrooms upstairs
- open concept
- master suite
- finish one bedroom and bathroom in the basement
- build under the garage
- make a 700- 800 sq ft apartment in the garage as an income property

This is THE list we are bring to our first meeting with the builder of some of our "really wants " and "it'd be nices"

So we totally get that not all of these things are gonna happen. We get that maybe like three of these things might happen! Ha. But we would love to hear what the builder says about the cost of some all of this so we can pick and choose what we want most.

Today we are off to get a 1940s hutch a cute old couple is dealing for $60!! Pictures to come!
