First Meeting. First Wall.
We met with Chad today for our first weekly meeting to talk about the progress of the house and what's coming up. I was surprised to see the framers working on a Saturday. They were so nice to let my kids run around as they worked. My kids have no boundaries!!!
As we were standing there talking, the framers put the first wall up! It was so awesome to see!! The first wall!! The kids were so excited too.
The sad thing is, the wall was wrong. Jake was the one that noticed that the door wasn't 5 ft as it was supposed to be since it's a sliding door. From that we were able to look and see that the plans weren't the most updated plans. So glad we caught that!! Good eye Hubby!!
Things are back on track now. Can't wait to see what gets done by next week too!
